All of our incorporation packages include a 30-minute legal consultation with David van Moorsel, an experienced Alberta business lawyer. You can choose to receive the consultation either before or after you incorporate (to be used within 90 days following the date of incorporation).

If you'd like to book a consultation before purchasing an incorporation package, you'll be required to pay for the consultation up-front. A one-time fee of $149 plus GST will apply.

At the time of booking, you'll receive a coupon for $149 that can be applied to any incorporation package on our website.
