Incorporate your business with a lawyer
for much less than you’d expect

without hidden or misleading fees

Why incorporate with a law firm?

This website is owned and operated by Twin River Law LLP, a business and litigation law firm. Here’s why that matters:

Lawyers can provide legal advice.

Many incorporation websites have a tiny disclaimer stating that they’re not lawyers, that they can’t provide legal advice, and that you should obtain legal advice prior to using their services. We agree. Why not incorporate with a law firm instead that can register your company for a reasonable price and provide the legal advice your business needs?

Lawyers are accountable and insured.

Lawyers are bound by a strict code of conduct, are required to keep your information confidential, and maintain professional liability insurance. This is for your protection. If you incorporate using a registry office or website staffed by non-lawyers, your recourse is limited, even if they’ve clearly made mistakes when setting up your corporation.

Lawyers have education and training.

Lawyers are required to meet high standards of education, training and qualification. This is helpful when dealing with something as important as setting up a new corporation. Using a budget website staffed by non-lawyers may save you a bit of money, but do you really want to trust the creation of your new corporation to someone with no legal training?

Getting it wrong could be devastating.

We’re often asked to fix legal issues caused by budget incorporators with no legal training who fail to understand basic legal concepts. If your corporation is set up incorrectly, or uses a basic structure that doesn’t suit your needs, it could lead to shareholder disputes, personal liability, tax problems, and other expensive issues. Luckily, these issues are avoidable if you get the right advice up front.

If an incorporation website doesn’t advertise that it’s owned and operated by a law firm, it probably isn’t.

Incorporating with a law firm could prevent serious headaches and harm to your business.

Incorporate With a Lawyer in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1

Fill out an online form.

Our forms are a little more detailed than some of our competitors. That’s because our standard package includes things that other sites don’t (like completed share certificates and organizational resolutions). Don’t worry, help is here if you need it along the way.

Step 2

Review & pay for your order.

You’ll be contact by a lawyer (typically within 24 hours) after successfully submitting the incorporation form to confirm registration details. We’ll proceed to apply for registration once you’ve confirmed that everything is okay and paid for your order online.

Step 3

Get Legal Advice.

All of our incorporation packages include legal advice from a lawyer. Simply choose the issues you would like to discuss when filling out our online form and we’ll set up a consult in our office, over the phone, or via Skype. Need a contract drafted? We can help with that too.

We’re here to help you register and protect your business.

Created By Lawyers

This website was developed by Twin River Law LLP, a business and litigation law firm. It offers an alternative to low cost incorporation websites that often provide fill in the blank documents or leave out important steps in the incorporation process altogether.

Learn About Twin River Law LLP

Legal Advice

Because this site is operated by lawyers, we’re legally authorized to provide legal advice. That means we can answer questions and give you advice about the best way to set up your corporation from a legal perspective. We can provide the help you need.

Continued Support

Like a good marriage, your corporation needs to be regularly maintained if you want to keep it in good standing. Failure to do so will lead to your corporation being struck from the register (cancelled). We offer fixed fee registered office and annual maintenance services to keep your corporation alive and well.

Completed Documents

We believe that if we’re going to incorporate a company, it’s our duty to make sure that all incorporation documents are completed. That’s why even our Basic incorporation package includes all of the documents necessary to incorporate and set up your new corporation. No incomplete or fill in the blank documents here.
